Medical/Dental Scholarship Guidelines
- Applicant must be a graduate of Parkway High School and currently enrolled in college as a junior or senior. Please submit proof of college enrollment to this application.
- Applicant’s cumulative grade point average must be 3.0 or higher. Please attach your current transcript to this application.
- Involvement in extracurricular activities will be considered, especially if those extracurricular activities are related to the health care field.
- Applicants with intention to move back to the Parkway School District after college graduation will be preferred but this is not a scholarship requirement.
The Leota Braun Scholarship Selection committee may recommend additional scholarships awarded based on the quality and/or number of applications received. The total number of scholarships awarded and the dollar amount awarded will be approved by the Leota Braun Charitable Foundation Board of Directors annually.
Applications must be received by March 31st. Applications received after this date will not be considered.
